Shut off the main water supply first. The shutoff is usually near where the line enters the foundation. Don't try to thaw a frozen pipe with an open flame, which is how house fires start. Once the water is off, the damage stops growing and you can book the pipe repair on our schedule. You can call or text
(651) 247-4495 if you'd rather reach us that way. Getting the water off and getting the repair booked is the single best thing you can do to limit costs. A failed pipe during a hard freeze can dump a lot of water into wall cavities before the pressure drops, so don't put off the fix.
